Avida Bachar
Resident of Kibbutz Be'eri
When Hamas terrorists stormed Kibbutz Be’eri on October 7, Avida Bachar lost everything: his wife, his son, and one of his legs. With extraordinary resilience, he returned to his fields just six months later, embodying the unwavering spirit of Israel. Jewish National Fund USA has stood by Avida and his community, providing trauma support, agricultural aid, and vital assistance, helping them heal, rebuild, and move forward with strength and hope.
