Chef Shai Lavi’s passion for food and love of family tradition has led him to go beyond traditional dining by focusing on community experiences. Through his authentic Mediterranean cuisine cooking and deep appreciation for quality ingredients, Lavi will lead a cooking demo that will not only evoke vibrant flavors and memories of Israel, but also celebrate family, community, and soul through food.
