Jake Elghanayan

Jake Elghanayan is a principal at TF Cornerstone, one of New York City’s most active developers of residential and commercial properties. Previously, he was an associate at the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Elghanayan sits on the board of Chelsea Piers Fitness and serves as the Chair of Portico, a property management software company that was incubated at TF Cornerstone.
