Deputy Southeast Regional Director, Israel on Campus Coalition (ICC)
A 2024 graduate of Tulane University, Zoe held multiple leadership roles in the Jewish campus community, including serving as President of both Tulane’s Chabad and AIPAC chapters. On October 7, while serving as Chabad President, Zoe played a key role in coordinating the campus's response and mobilizing pro-Israel efforts. Her deep commitment to Jewish life and advocacy continues to guide her work in empowering the next generation of student leaders.
