Lani Raider was the lead curriculum developer for Jewish National Fund-USA’s groundbreaking Galilee Culinary Institute (GCI by JNF). Set to open in 2026, GCI by JNF is a one-of-a-kind culinary institution that will revolutionize Israel’s North as the culinary center of the Middle East. Raider was the founder and CEO of NOBULL Specialty Foods and was an associate professor at the Culinary Institute of America.
